Monday morning auditions. Starting off the week with a bang. Had so much fun today! Best thing about self tapes is the possibility to do casting for international projects from your home town. Today was for an American international feature film.
I shot the audition at Cinemantrix, in Stockholm, with the help of director Arantxa Hurtado and actor Christian Bitar.

I’m indecisive whether I should keep this dark brown hair color that I got for “Triangle of Sadness”, or go back to my usual summer color - light brown. I love being lighter during summer, but this dark color grew on me. Any thoughts?
I’ve signed to play the Lead in a Swedish feature film, currently in pre-production. Shooting starts end of July/beginning of August. It’s a challenging dark role in a controversial drama.
Jag är signad för att spela huvudrollen i en svensk långfilm, som är i för-produktion. Inspelningen startar i sluten av Juli/början av Augusti. Det är en utmanande mörk roll i ett kontroversiellt drama.
The hotel room quarantines are not so bad for self-tapes. Good lighting everywhere, peace and quiet, not much else to do. I can recommend it, you really can focus easily and get a lot done. For this character I chose the style natural, fresh, girly. Wish me luck!
Photo from a commercial shoot in Malibu, California during the golden hour. Make up by my favorite make up artist Jade Martinez (who also has her own beauty brand Moonstar Beauty) and photo by Getty fashion, entertainment and celebrity photographer Tasia Noelle. I’ve worked with both of them numerous times, and there’s always such a great energy on set. A pleasure to be working with such pros!
Watch Hanna Oldenburg in "Mareld" at iTunes, SF Anytime and Viaplay.
Here are a few photos from the set of “The Hopeful Art of Swimming”. The location was a beautiful bohemian farm out on Ekerö on the outskirts of Stockholm. The shoot went really well, and it was so fun to play sensual hippie-girl Mervi - a free-spirited woman with no rules.
